Community FAQs
Q: What is the role of community feedback in shaping the Magic Store’s offerings and policies?
A: Magic Square is a DAO project and as such, the community is one of the critical aspects of the whole ecosystem. Apart from the fact that our members are going to participate in the validation process of each app and have voting rights with their Staking Tiers for new features, we also offer direct-line contact to the core team via Discord and Telegram where all requests and suggestions from our members are directly passed to the development team. Lastly, we have a feedback system in case you don't want to Stake on the DAO and also don't want to talk directly to one of our mods. Here you can submit your request: https://magicsquare.featureos.app/
Q: How can I provide feedback or suggestions for the Magic Store’s development and improvement?

Option 1: Submit directly on our FeatureOS platform, remember to use the corresponding tab (bug or suggestion): https://magicsquare.featureos.app/
Option 2: Submit using the Magic Store internal “Feedback” button, a small survey will appear, you just complete it and that's it!
